Did Someone Say POWER (lifting) COUPLE?!

Our own Nick and Pennie McCarty are kicking asses and taking names.  Attached is a copy of Nick’s most recent Body/Wellness Composition results. (white bar=03/08/11  black bar=current)  Nick has lost 30 lb in a year and has lost almost 1/2 his body fat percent. Pennie is about 33 weeks pregnant and still going strong.  Even when she felt sick she comes in and completes a WOD.  She pushes through where many people would just think it’s easier to sit around and ‘eat for two’.  Their dedication and drive are an inspiration to all or us.  We are so proud to have them as a part of our community.  Keep it up guys!!
