Classes are every hour on the hour unless otherwise noted.
Show up for any one you want.
Monday – Friday
Morning Classes: 6am / 7am / 8am / 9am
Closed 10 & 11am
Afternoon Classes:
Open Gym*: 12:30-2:50
(*Open gym is less structured and is for anyone who wants to work the daily WOD or more technical stuff. The rules for showing up on time are more relaxed during this period but keep in mind you may be running your own timer in this class. Also be aware that you must be done with your WOD before the 3 pm class begins. )
Evening Classes:
3pm/4pm / 5pm* / 6pm*
(*Friday from 5-7p is closed to WODS but open to lifting)
Strength & Lifting Class: Friday 5-7 pm
Saturday
8am / 9am
Basic Yoga Class at 10:00-11:00 am (byomat, all levels welcome!)
Closed Sundays
