CrossFit is an intense, fun, and effective way to strengthen your body and your mind. We offer personalized training in small groups. This intimate setting creates an environment that is programmed to maximize results and provide the support you need to reach your physical fitness goals. CrossFit Epiphany will help you develop your strength, flexibility, and endurance. Our programming is unique and is perfect if you don’t have time to spend hours and hours at the gym but you want a full rounded and effective workout. We have programmed warm ups, workouts, and cool down stretches. We will start you at your current level of fitness and build you up from there so don’t worry about it being too intense. We combine full body workouts, nutrition support, and community to transform your life and body.
We’ve heard this time and time again. The fact of the matter is, there is only one way to “get fit for Crossfit”: it’s just showing up. We are here to get you fit. We do not have any expectations when it comes to new member’s physical abilities. Our movements are completely scalable and anyone can begin their journey here. We all start from the first step and work our way up. It’s our bodies that determine that first step and we have all levels working together. So don’t worry about “being fit” before you come in. We want to help you become strong and see you improve over time. Crossfit may seem intimidating if you have been Googling videos online so I urge you to ignore those videos and come have your own unique Crossfit experience.

at (360)852-0057. The first two sessions are free so you can come see what Crossfit Epiphany is all about. The On Ramp program consists of 3 classes to get you ready for CrossFit programming and movements. We will cover technique, nutrition, mobility, and all the basics. Classes for On Ramp are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and begin at various times of the month so please call to see when the next classes begin. We will answer any questions you might have and go over all the basic movements (even if they seem familiar, we cover all the basics). It’s programmed to give us an idea about where you are and to give you an idea of what Crossfit is about. We use basic human movement in our workouts and very minimal equipment so we go over technique and how the gym works. It also gives us a chance to get to know you and find what you are looking for in your training. Each class lasts about an hour and after you complete the On Ramp program you are welcome to join any class without scheduling. We will still be building you into the programming after On Ramp so don’t worry, it takes more than a week, but you will be more familiar and prepared to join the class with this program under your belt.
Come with questions you might have, dressed appropriately for a workout, and bring a water bottle.
