Give us a call to join our introductory classes
Our introductory program consists of 3 classes to get you ready for our programming and movements. We will cover technique, nutrition, mobility, and all the basics. This introductory class begins at various times of the month so please call to see when the next classes begin. You will be able to get an idea of what we can do for you and your goals as well as offer an evaluation to see where you are at currently. Each class lasts about an hour and after you complete the intro program you are welcome to join any class without scheduling.
Come with questions you might have, dressed appropriately for a workout, and bring a water bottle.
